Defective or damaged products
If you have received defective or damaged products, please contact us within 7 days with pictures of the product. We will gladly send you a replacement order or refund you in full.


Items lost in transit

If the delivery time of your order is 10 business days longer than the stated delivery time, please contact us and we will gladly send you a replacement order or a full refund.

Saints Paris is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided with an order. Upon inquiry, zibella.co.uk will confirm delivery to the address provided, delivery date, tracking information and carrier information for the customer to investigate.
